Here at Camden social networking is far from a new concept we have been using myspace as a way to access our patrons for some time.we find it asimple and effective way to let our teens know what is going on and when.

Hi everyone,
sorry its been so long in between posts but we have been very very busy over the holidays and into the new year it has not stopped!! We had so many different programs running over the xmas break that were all a success.We are about to start brainstorming ideas for the april school holidays so if you have any ideas or anything that you would like to suggest let us know and we will see what we can do!!!

I have some free time this morning so im trying to get a big chunk of my 2.0 learning out of the way.I just learnt about wiki's and different ways they canbe used.I was thinking for the HSC students out there we could possibly start a wiki and focus on some really useful resources both study and relaxation?

ok so as well as trying to keep up with all the work we are currently doing in preparation of holiday activities im completing the library learning 2.0 course online.Today I learnt how to do RSS feeds and although it was a little frustrating I did get there in the end! for any of our little readers out there who are also blogging away let me know and I will subscribe to your blog.Also can I just say a huge congratulations to all the kids who participated in our sexual health week activities your graphics turned out awesome! great work!

Hey everybody just a week to go until the school holidays are up and running.
We have plenty going on here at the library everything from warhammer to a beauty course scrapbooking, movies and even how to build your own worm farm! Its not too late to book in!
Soon we will have music movie and book reviews all aimed at youth coming your way.

I have just started at Camden library service on a 12 month maternity leave position over the next 12 months I will be recording all activities and experiences through this blog.It is sure to be a learning curve for both myself and the readers I hope you all enjoy!
